"TOUCH ME NOT" gewinnt Goldenen Bären auf der diesjährigen Berlinale.

EINSTÜRZENDE NEUBAUTEN haben zum Soundtrack des diesjährigen Gewinners des Goldenen Bären auf dem "Berlinale"-Filmfestival, dem Film TOUCH ME NOT der Rumänischen Künstlerin Adina Pintilie, beigetragen. Wir freuen uns sehr über diesen überraschenden Sieg!

TOUCH ME NOT has surprisingly won the "Golden Bear" in this year`s Berlinale Competition, and we are extremely happy by this.

TOUCH ME NOT is a film-research by Adina Pintilie on intimacy, which questions our preconceived ideas about it. A film on how human beings can touch each other in the most unexpected ways.

Searching beyond taboos, it is a hybrid work, involving a mix of reality and fiction, following the emotional journeys of several characters in their search of intimacy.

It won among others the ARTE France Award@Cinemart, Main Production Award @ Torino Filmlab, Cinelink Work-in-Progress Award, was selected in Cannes's Atelier Cinefondation, Venice Gap Financing Market. It is the 1st part of the upcoming multiplatform art project supported among others by the Pompidou Center @ the National Museum of Contemporary Art Bucharest.

Adina Pintilie is a Romanian artist working with a specific method based on various techniques of improvisation, psychodrama, playback theater, body work. The film was thus conceived with a mixed cast of non-professionals and actors.
EINSTÜRZENDE NEUBAUTEN have contributed to the film soundtrack.

We are pleased to announce EN´s first compilation release called "Greatest Hits" end of the year. Expected release date is November 25th, 2016.
Album will reflect a section through 35 years of band work and includes your - and our - favourite tracks. Some of them have been given a new mix.
The Album will be released on Vinyl as a limited "Special Edition" and in a standard version, and on CD.

All versions will be available in the band webshop.

Currently we are in the process of developing some new exciting merchandise, which will be included in our webshop this year before start of our "Greatest Hits" tour in January.

Our concert on 21.01.2017 in a very special location, the @Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, was sold out shortly after being on sale and the box office system unfortunatly was temporary unavailable. We feel honoured that so many of you want to see us play but we are also very much aware that a lot of you did not succeed to buy tickets and are now displeased about the situation.

As we want to give ALL of you the opportunity to join us at this exceptional venue, we are happy to announce that we agreed with promoter upon playing one more show on same day. The additional show will take place at 5 pm and the box office sale will start on 12 July 2016 at 11a.m.

We hope you can live with this solution and we see you ALL there!

the run on tickets for our concert at Elbphilharmonie, Hamburg was so big that it was immediatly sold out and the box office sales system unfortunatly collapsed.
We are not involved in ticket sales but of course noticed that the whole process was very badly handled, so we want to apologize to everyone who tried in vain to receive a ticket. At the moment we are discussing with local promoter if there might be any solutions and want to express that we are very much interested to find some as the situations appears to us very unpleasant.

New Year's on the Spree River: we invite you to a "Greatest Hits" concert and party to ring in the New Year at RADIALSYSTEM V. Einstürzende Neubauten will play a selection out of their 35 year old repertoire, a fabulous set with classic album hits such as "Perpetuum Mobile", "Ende Neu", "Tabula Rasa", and "Silence is Sexy". To cap off the night, DJ Arbeit will be spinning on turntables into the New Year and after midnight, DJ Ipek takes over with her international, extremely danceable fusion-sound. Come party with us!

Due to venue capacity only limited ticket contingent is available, so early booking is highly recommended. Some LAMENT performances are already running short.

We proudly announce a very special cooperation with RADIALSYSTEM V - SPACE FOR ARTS AND IDEAS (Berlin) at the end of this year as a conclusion of our successful tour and the unique LAMENT performance series.

LAMENT will be performed for the last time ever and that`s why we have chosen an intimate and intensive setting to share this extraordinary performance with our fans.
